Does anyone have experience with MCL-1 or BCL-2 detection in resting lymphocytes by flow cytometry?

Does anyone have experience with MCL-1 detection in resting lymphocytes by flow cytometry? I've tried to stimulate peripheral lymphocytes with Il-7 10 ng/ml for 6 hours and with CD3/CD28 beads for 48 hours, but no signal at all.
