We have seeded normal human colon fibroblasts (CCD18-co) with human colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT29) within an hyaluronic acid scaffold. We haven't noticed any fibroblasts proliferation in 2D and in 3D. We have seen in different publications that these fibroblasts cell line are known for them weak proliferation rate.
We are going to seed endothelial cells, fibroblasts and tumours within hyaluronic acid scaffold , could you please share your experience and provide us with some tips regarding the seeding order and the concentration rate needed to obtain relevant results.
