I want to measure IL-1beta, IL-4 and IL-12 produced by canine leukocytes by means of ELISA. Intracellular staining (FACS) appears not to be working well. I would appreciate suggestions on a reliable source of antibody pairs for ELISA.
Thanks Marc. Actually, I am having problems with kits produced by EIAab (Wuhan EIAab Science Co.,Ltd). I though others might have better solutions than what is out there.
Hi Piyush, Thanks. I have already seen the R&DSystem kits for IL-12. Before I start considering cross reacting antibodies I want to make sure there are no canine products out there.
I'm also a few years late to this post but I would recommend to stay away from kits produced by EIAab. I have just recently had a lot of trouble with one of their kits. Luckily I bought the ELISA kit from a distributer and so the onus was on them to provide a refund. EIAab would not do anything to solve the problem I had with the kit and did not offer any kind of compensation. Be wary in future if you decide the purchase from this company.
