I would like to make a primary culture of mouse Sertoli cells. I know Sertoli cells are very difficult to obtain in primary culture, but was wondering if there is anyone with experience in doing that?

I can only tell you that is a very painful procedure. I could not have good yield and cells died straight after the culture. I also spoke with other researcher and they confirmed that sertoli cell culture is very unstable. However, you can try of course. I would recommend the protocol from Oliveira et all. See above. Good luck.
