Does anyone has exprience with PLATELETE RICH PLASMA preparation?

I have some difficulty regarding enrichment of plt especially after second round of centrifuge. I came across with a clot of plt after second round of centrifuge. I don't know what should I do? I use appropriate anticoagulant (ACD-A) and right protocol but I can not get concentrated plt!
