Does anyone had problem with Promega Annexin V, where it shows that living cells are dead and vice versa?

Hello!

I have used Promega RealTime-Glo Annexin V Apoptosis Assay but the results looks very weird and I would like to know if someone else came across that kind of trouble. The highest luminescence intensity was measured in control, which under the microscope looked perfectly fine, while the lowest luminescence intensity was in the probes with DMSO, where cells looked like after Red Wedding. The cells were sitting with Annexin V reagent for 48 hours. In short, I can see trend in the results but turned 180 degrees from expected.
