In fact, it is not easy to evaluate the learning of cultural awareness of all language and culture learners, the debate about the best way to do it started long ago and it is still ongoing. However, one of the oldest measures is the Cultural Diversity and Awareness Inventory (CDAI) which consists of 28 items on a 5 point scale from which respondents must select responses ranging from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree in relation to the statement.
And of course as Zoncita Del Mundo Norman suggested, you can create your own scale and pilot test, you can also adapt existing scales such as (CDAI) to your own class or context.
