Hi all!
I have done the LDH cytotoxicity assay on A549 cell line recently.
I seeded 104 cells / well in 96 well plate. Then I used a lysis buffer in ELabScience LDH Cytotoxicity kit as the manufacturer recommended.
When I measured the OD value of high control (lysed cells with lysis buffer) were higher than 3. But in kit said it should be lower than 2.
Do you have any problems like me in high control value?
Please tell me if you have any suggestions how can I solve this problem?
Should I seed less than 104 cells / well ? (like 5x103 cells / well )
