I am looking for a database of food pictures that could be used in an experiment. We would like that the experience/frecuency of knowledge of the participants with food could be controlled. Thanks a lot.

I have not yet heard of such but i know of food composition tables for many countries which you can just google and obtain. However, i may suggest that you just google some food categories and you can be abble to obtain some databases, for example if you google légumes you should be abble to get agricultural databases that deals with légumes or you check FAO reports.
If you are only looking for high quality pictures, Canva and Unsplash both have great high res images. But I cannot guarantee that they would necessarily have the exact foods you are looking for.
