You have to wait until the alcohol evaporates, then you can start. Use 96% alcohol, do not dilute. If it is (metal) instrument sterlising, it often is better to dip it in alcohol, and use a flame to light it, wait until it burns off, and if necessary, wait until the surface cools down before using it.

@Gabon. Than you very much for your quick response. Could you please tell me, how can I  keep sterilized micropipette, tipbox outside, spreaderwheel with alcohol since I entered them outside to inside safety cabinet while working in safety cabinet?

Azimun, I am not totally sure I understand the questn correctly, but the micopipette tips have to be heat-sterlised under pressure a pressure cooker is usually enough), the ti containers should be wrapped in aluminium foil. Once cooled down, you should put it inside the cabinet, and keep it there. It is not recommended to get things from outside into the safety cabinet - i.e. you shold not pipette so that you lean outside, attach the tip to the pipette, and bring it in to the solution (While writing this, I assume you work in a laminar flow?)
