Does a researcher's score in researchgates reflect his or her ability?

there are many researchers have good works published in good journal have a low score. Other researchers have low number of published paper and citation, however have good score. Can anybody explain me

Absolutely not. if you solve a problem, if you help to solve a problem, if your solution is used, if you receive thanks from others for your solution, if you are satisfied yourself with your work. That's your score. Maybe I'm not normal but I see things with simplicity.
