So, I am doing a lot of plotting assays, and was wondering if there is a digital colony counter or a a software that is able to quantify or analyze growth in plotting assays (yeast in different dilutions in agar plates).

I know Interscience Colony Counter does a bunch of stuff but I don't know if this is one of them.
