Dear dr Abdelsalam
I can give you some suggestion based on my personal experience. I hope thei couls be realized in your hospital.
a) Check patients every three months
b) Use EPO as much as you can to avoid make transfusion to your patients
c) Use only blood checked for hepatitis B
d) If possible treat B positive patients in a separate room or at least with a separate machine
e) Vaccinate your patients affected by CKD before their entering on dialysis
f) Treat any new unknown latient (acute, travelling) with a separate machine untill you are sure that they are B negative.
