There are many statistical packages for Line x tester analysis: (i) SPAR 3.0 (developed by IASRI, New Delhi, India); (ii) TNAUSTAT (developed by Tamilnadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, TN, India; (iii) NBS (Beijing China-agri BRAINS Science &Technology Co., Ltd.; (iv) SPSS (developed by IBM software) etc.
There is very handy code for line x tester analysis using R. It follows the method of Singh and Chaudhary 1979. Just make a data file and run the script.

You can download the 'R' Software for free from the internet. You will have to add a package 'Agricolae' to it and then run the script for line x tester analysis. Feel free if you need further assistance.
You can do that easily with SAS. You SOV may contain locations, Entries, Parents, parents vs hybrids, and locations x Entries, locations x parents, locations x hybrid effects.
You could contact Violeta Bartolome of International Rice Research Institute to get the macro for line x tester. She will send you the macro. If you have further questions, she'll definitely answer.
