During the Ni-NTA purification of membrane proteins, I added 1% DDM as a detergent to solubilize, and reduced the DDM concentration to 0.1% during the elution process. However, my protein was very complex and I wanted to further perform an ion exchange layer. Can it be realized?（the top band in 8-15 lanes is my protein）
