Do you know anyone who has Pichia pastoris strain that is mutated for gene URA3 or gene TRP1?

I need to integrate a plasmid into the genome of Pichia pastoris. My plasmid encodes proteins URA3 and TRP1. Therefore I am searching for a P. pastoris strain that is not able to grow on SD-URA or SD-TRP due to mutation in gene ura3 or gene trp1, respectively. Does someone know a lab or a publication that can help me?
