I prepared chitosan nanoparticles and while measuring zeta potential I tried to suspend them in distilled water but they precipitated immediately and I didnt have enough time for measuring zeta and particle size. Whats the proper medium for this purpose? and also should i perform this experiment before or after lyophilization?
