You can use H1299 cell lines, I am currently working with A549 and H1299 cells. And if you want it I can send you cells, just let me know

if beas2beas are not cultured exactly right they will phenotypically shift...be careful
I grow BEAS-2B in RPMI + 10 % newborn calf serum. Trypsinize them weekly. No problem, no changes.
