I read some articles about organoids and their isolation from Frash fabric, but I have no idea and experience on how to select Matrigel and the average condition for growing and keeping them in culture for a long period of time.
Do you have any advice for me to select the best methods?

I saw a conference two weeks ago (EMBL - Organoids: Modelling Organ Development and Disease in 3D Culture) which was chaired by Mina Bissel. I would ask her or find her publications. They had organoids making milk!!!
