Hi! there. From time to time we find that many aspects affect corporate culture/behavior, such as industrial pressure, Regime change of the political parties. But Religion plays a vital role in developing a society. Do Religions have any impacts on modern corporate practices? Can they change the shape of a corporation's culture?
In my opinion Institutionalized culture in a society plays a vital role in developing a corporation culture. in fact culture is the basement of enforcing this behavior, while some factors like religion and other things can have some trivial effects.
It seems that this topic gets lately more and more attention. There were a number of papers at AAA 2019 meeting related to religiously diverse boards and firm performance.
