I wish to grow Min6 cell lines on glass slides for imaging experiments. Are these cells adherent or do I need to coat the slides before seeding cells on to them?please advise
Do this cells need to grow necessarily in glass slides? Can't you grow in normal flask and after put in slides?
Hi Shreyasi, ATCC has this info on Min6.
