By the way, I would like to recommend the PDMD (Protein-Direct-Microsequencing-Deciphering) method (please see files; HepG2 fucoidan and JMBT alopecia). DNA-based technology of PCR, and Protein-based technologies of Western blot, ELISA, Immunological method, and SDS-PAGE are all non-quantitative methods (please see file; IEF for Hydrophobic protein). MS and HPLC-MS is not quantitative method. The direct-utilization of photometer is also not quantitative due to violence against Beer-Lambert law (please see Fig. 10 of file; JCB Fucoidan transport).
HPLC-photometric methods are quantitative methods (please see files; Prot Deter Summary and J Chrom B Rat BIN LIP Km).

Many thanks for your reply. Highly appreciated. I will try to contact RIKEN. Any suggestions as which among these GBC cells is highly recommended? I assume each with its own characteristic feature, just in case the community have a strong preference for one type. Thanks anyway for your time and efforts.

HAG-1 cells are human epithelial cell line derived from a differentiated adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder in 1994.
Do you have any information about normal gallbladder epithelial cell lines? Thank you .
Here the update... its been 1 month plus and we are yet to receive any reply from RIKEN. Not sure what is the issue. Dr Anderson , is HAG 1 commercially available?
