DNA origami used to stimulate mechanotransduction in endothelial cells - any suggestions?

Hi,

I am working on confirming the possibility of using a DNA origami structure that can optimize drag force to stimulate integrins in endothelial cells. Is there anyone with any DNA origami experience that may have any suggestions?
