Can proximal and distal tubules be distinguished with relative certainty in immunofluorescence?

Three possible markers for this purpose:

Anti-Megalin or Anti-PROM1: Both will mark the brush border of proximal tubules

Anti-PROM2: Specific for distal convoluted tubules and collecting ducts
