Differences in the sequence of maturating ribosomal proteins?

Hi everybody,

does anybody know if there is a difference in the protein sequence or modification of ribosomal proteins which are in the nucleus (meaning during maturation and assambly with the rRNA) and the ribosomal proteins in the cytoplasm ?

Any literature is welcome :-)
