In the assay of total antioxidant capacity using ELISA kit purchased from Mybiosource company /US , at one of the detection steps and after adding HRP-antibody conjugate, I must add two solutions designated as chromogene A and chromogene B, does any one have an idea about what are these solutions contain? I understand that after adding HRP, a substrate must be added like TMB. Do these solutions undergo some kind of reaction to produce TMB?
