A new cell subtype was found out only during regeneration phases after a cuprizone-induced demyelination model. How can I characterize this cell? It is important to highlight that was already labelled by immunofluorescence assays and shown the expression (by IF) of two proteins, each related to the same cell's distinct subtypes. In this case, one cell that expresses proteins of two different subtypes.
P.S: Single-cells RNA is not an option.
