Does anyone have any reading recommendations for someone trying to understand how to design & plan experiments for recombinant protein expression, specifically antibodies containing heavy chain only? I will be starting my PhD this October in a new area of science for me and I am trying to familiarise myself with this new area so any advice or recommendations are much appreciated.
