Hi Raquel,

If you see the physical stream but it did not appear on the screen, try very gently and carefully moving (but nor forcing) the camera horizontally (left or right) that's facing the stream, you should feel a slight click meaning that it somehow was moved (most likely) by opening and shutting the big cover over time. It would be best to have some experienced person to be around so that you don't break it! After you moved it, check on the screen to see if the stream is back (it should look like 2 thick straight black lines).

As Zhixin said, it's related to the Camera, I think before moving the camera, it may be helpful to check the sorting chamber door and make sure that is closed appropriately and also making sure about cleaning up the lens of the camera.

I have tried to move the camera but it didn't work. It's so weird because I couldn't see the stream but the 4 streams display neither.
