Sometimes you have to represent a nucleic acid sequence on paper, not as an image, but as a text with notes. Is there any suitable program (Windows OS) possible to divide raw sequence into pieces (by either threes or tens or unequally) and illustrate restriction sites, promotor, aminoacids, notes, etc. Where all the symbols could be selected and copied. This, of course, is possible to be done manually in text editor, using many "Spaces" and "Enters", but I wish it would be easier.

Example is on the picture
