Hello! We're trying to study expression of SNCA forms relative to ACTB.
In example, total expression of SNCA98+112+126+140 is 50, expression of SNCA98+112 is 100, expression of 126+140 is 30. How that could be explaines?
Thanks in advance!
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
