May need more information concerning the site of collection (sea or fresh water etc.), temperature and so on. It seems Bacillariaceae or Fragilariaceae, such as Fragilariopsis sp. or something.
from your micro-graphs, it seems that you have living freshwater diatoms and since the micro-graphs are not so much clear, to me they should belong either to family Diatomaceae or family Fragilariaceae, but myself prefer the second one. I suggest you to take more clear micro-graphs and if it is possible try to rotate your sample under microscope just by slight moving the cover slide then one can have better idea.
You need to provide cleaned diatoms for something like this identification or SEM again of non-living cleaned material. There are at least 10 genera I can think of that could match this picture.
