Could I tract Alum in Dendritic cell using Lumogallion?

Does anyone have experience with tracking Aluminum salt in Dendritic cells?

I found that alum can be tracted in viable cell by lumogallion staining. But all papers I found they used THP-1 cells (human) or GL261 cells (mouse).

I'm wondering that if I can tract Alum after incubating with immature Dendritic cells.
