Hi I have two dose response curves fitted on aseveral data points made with different drug concentrations. I would like to somehow asses whether the two fitted curves are significantly different.
Could someone propose a method, and if possible a statistics package where it is availalbe?

GraphPad Prism is an excellent program in general and in particular for comparing dose-response curves.

Dear Rudy, I am ver gratefull for Your anwser and the attached pdf. However one thing that is troubling for me, is that this method only allows to statistically asses the differences between EC50, and it doesnt take into account Emax. In the case of my compounds the primary differences are between Emax values, are You aware of a method that could take this into account?
