How to measure scanned thin-sections?

please help me to find a software to measure distances - areas and angles in scans of thin-sections, ie flat pictures... in my case sectioned were fossil corals...

1 I have resolution and size of scanned area

2 I would like to see distances between indicated points, angles between indicated lines and areas within indicated polygons

Dear Tomasz,

I use ImageJ/Fiji for such measurements (images of fossil leaves). Should be easy to find on the internet.
