Cobalt protoporphyrin preparation for HO-1 induction?

I am trying to reconstitute Cobalt protoporphyrin (from santa cruz) to use it to induce heme oxygenase 1 in endothelial cells and the DS mentions that I should use pyridine:H2O 1:1 but I dont know how to prepare it.
