What are recommended resources for finding BSL 3 labs for contract/collaborative COVID-19-related research?

Greetings everyone,

My lab, as with others many others, have shifted some of our efforts to aid in the global fight against COVID-19. As part of our efforts, we are looking to evaluate current UV-C resterilization methods of SARS-CoV 2-contaminated PPE, but our university does not have BSL3 facilities to work directly with the virus.

Are there any organizations (contract or otherwise) with BSL3 facilities able to assist with COVID-19-related research? I am located in NY state in the US.
