What do you think about the problem of clogging of microalgae on the tubes of bioreactor industry? How clean up the sticking organics materials and microalgae from the tubes during the culture of microalgae process? Is it manually or is there a new technique for that

If it is after the end of the cultivation of microalgae , I think it can be cleaned with concentrated alkali.
If it is before the culture of microalgae , whether the inner wall of the reactor can be coated with a coating that inhibits algae growth, such as polymerized ionic liquids coatings? But it is unknown whether this will also inhibit the overall growth of microalgae.
If it's during culture of microalgae , I don't think it will be easy, because microalgae will always grow, right? Can we consider designing a rotating scraper blade to slowly rotate to achieve the goal? Like the hotel's turnstile.

My experience with micro algae led to the decision to abandon bioreactors altogether and use open ponds, or if you don't like that, stirred tanks. That problem then goes away, and more to the point, the economics improves. Cleaning tubes will be a continuous and expensive problem
