I have started to work with isolation of exosomes and I used the protocol from this paper (ultracentrifuge):

"Isolation and characterization of exosomes from cell culture supernatants and biological fluids" (doi:10.1002/0471143030.cb0322s30)

When doing protein quantification, I obtained 0.091 mg/mL (91 ug/mL).

I would like opinions on whether with this amount I am able to do Western Blotting and Electron Microscopy.
