Cell isolated using magnetic bead isolation can be used for Single cell RNA sequencing?

Hi, I am planning to isolate cells from the rodent testis and planning to enrich the cells for macrophages using magnetic bead based isolation (Manufacturer - Miltenyi Biotech). I planning to perform 10x single cell sequencing on the sample. Would like to know whether the cells resulting from the magnetic bead based isolation, can be utilized for Single-RNA seq?
