I am not sure that this is a real question as the answer is quite available online. however, there are two kinds of drug delivery systems. the first is passive targeting which deliver cargos by EPR effect caused by imperfect vasculature and lymphatic system of tumor tissue. the second is active targeting addressed by targeting molecules like ligands, antibodies, glucose etc. having tendency to bind with specific tumor receptors. all methods are based on encapsulation or incorporation in nanocarrier systems.
