I have trouble finding adequate method for fluorimetirc determination of saliva cortisol. I don't want to use ELISA nor RIA. Can you help me?
Also, do I have to extract cortisol from saliva?
How much sample (volume) is needed?
Here are 4 different fluorescence-based cortisol assay methods:

Dear Adam,
thank you for links, however only first one is possibly suitable for my samples. However I'm not sure what should I do since it is for cell culture (in your paper) and I need it for SALIVA samples...
After UCMV JU-AU Agricult Univ in Kakow it Elisa kit is better sensitive for cortisol detection, and I recommand to your investigation
