I have tried to differentiate RAW 264.7 to osteoclasts. I used 2 different protocols and in both I recieved the same results.

The protocols differed in the differentiation medium, RANKL concentration and number of cells per well.

There was no difference between the stained test cells and control cells.

In both protocols I used the SIGMA TRAP stain kit.

Can you recommend other TRAP kits?
