I am an R novice and I apologize if my question is very basic.
I am trying to find a code to run a GLMM for all possible permutations of my variable set. I need to have the AICc, AICcw, and the coefficient for each model. However, we also know in advance that a few variables need to be included into every model. Does anyone have a code which can do this?

Dear Travis,
as for many things, there's an R package that might do the job of model selection in your case:
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/glmulti/index.html
It either does ALL combinations of the independent variables, or performs a Genetic Algorithm to optimise the search for the "best" model. Several measures are available to assess model quality, for example AIC and AICc.
