We are using ultracentrifugation for isolating exosomes.All the samples cannot be processed the same day.So can we store the exosomes in lysis buffer of miRVana miRNA isolation kit at -80 so that total RNA can be isolated the same day from all the samples.Please give your suggestions.

I store my EVs in PBS in -80, but I don't use whole sample for miRNA isolations, only small amount. So usually, after resuspending pellet with PBS I aliquote sample and only one portion goes for miRNA isolation at convenient time.
We store our exosomes in sterile PBS at -80ºC sometimes, and when we have collected several samples we isolate the total RNA.
But, we normaly isolate RNA from fresh exosome suspensions, so we use/add a Spike-In to samples to normalize the bies produced by the different isolation procedures at different times
Joanna Mam thank you for your reply. But seeing your reply I have one more question to ask you. May I know how much total RNA yield you get from your EVs sample that only a part of it is used for the same.
