If we have a known adsorbent and a known adsorbate, and each single entity of the adsorbent is supposed to be an active site of the adsorption.
The molar mass of the adsorbent and adsorbate is known, we are doing our experiment with 10 mg of the adsorbent in 20 ml of the adsorbate? Can we theoretically calculate the maximum concentration of the adsorbate that our adsorbent can remove before doing the experiment?

Yes, it's possible and there are different formulas set according to specific cases (assumptions). As you know there are various mechanisms proposed to describe the adsorption process and then there are many affecting parameters (particle size, pore size, concentration of available active sites .. etc). So, based on which parameter you focus on, the formula is then written to consider that parameter. Here is a paper that summarizes these formulas based on selected assumptions.

I agree with Suhaib, and would add that 'maximum' may not be a useful concept, Paul.
@Loubna To add, normalized variables maybe preferable to estimate the parameters from the above mentioned reference or from standard adsorption textbook such as Principles of Adsorption and Adsorption Processes by Ruthven (1984).
