ResearchGate has not yet found any citations of your publications, therefore the algorithm could not derive a value for the h index. However, this does not mean that there are no citations. Other platforms like, e.g., Google Scholar may have found citations. For an explanation of this difference, see https://www.researchgate.net/post/Can_someone_help_me_understand_why_there_a_difference_in_the_number_of_citations_shown_in_a_persons_Researchgate_and_Google_Scholar_account/1.
Dear Loubna Bounab This is because there is another (more complete) profile here on RG https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Loubna-Bounab/research
See how to merge two profiles https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292803187473-Duplicate-profiles
Best regards.
PS. See my reply here https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_can_I_add_my_published_work_on_research_gate as well.
There seems to be something odd with the following paperArticle Adsorption of m-cresol in aqueous solution on natural benton...
the title seems to be wrong (and non existing ?) and certainly not corresponding to the paper uploaded. Make sure that the meta-data like publication date, volume issue number, dot if available, page numbers, authors and co-authors, journal title etc. is as complete and correct as possible.
