I need your input to know whether my extracted RNA samples have genomic DNA contamination present or not and how the integrity of the samples is? I have nice 28s and 18s bands and the RNA integrity looks fine to me, but it's hard for me to decide unless I have your opinion on it. (picture attached)

Actually, I have problems with qPCR amplifications which I think might be due to PCR inhibitors or cDNA preps. I am planing to perform reverse transcription without DNAse treatment to see whether it solves my problem. For this purpose first I have to check my RNA samples whether they are free from gDNA which will allow me to go for RT without DNAse I treatment.

Please have a look to the agarose gel picture attached and let me know if these samples have gDNA contamination present or not as it looks like there are some faint bands up above the 28s but I am not sure?

RNA extraction was done by Tri-Reagent and got a good yield with Nanodrop 260/280 ratio of 2:02.
