In the study of “ Social Phenomenology of ‘Gasat”, the young generation considered that technological development may not construed them to believe that fortune, fame and wealth were considered as part of the social phenomenological account of luck (gasat). The traditional Ilocano society has been consistently part of the real world of the modern times when discussing the contextual phenomenological view of luck (gasat). The developed countries in Europe, Asia and America may not have the phenomenological application of luck (gasat) as it transcends to the human action from its motivational theories of achievement such as the Mc Clelland and Herzberg Theory of Motivation.
