The Husserlian Phenomenological Approach attempts to study cultural reciprocity in the contextual value of “ Naimbag a Nakem” from the contemporary notion of value-experience on the temporality of human existence of the “Amianan.” This qualitative research study confines with the use of “’descriptive philosophy of experience” or “ our lived experience” on the phenomenological dialectics of Edmund Husserl. Likewise,the contextual analysis on the value-experience on cultural reciprocity of the Ilocano notion of “ Naimbag a Nakem” is deeply embedded by the social reality including the realm of governance and social group on its human consciousness of the “Amianan.”
